Catherine is a Chartered Accountant and coach with over 35 years’ experience in the field. She is committed to helping people discover and work to their purpose, with an emphasis on authentic, principled leadership. By helping clients to navigate the process of achieving their goals, she believes she can help leaders achieve a positive impact on the culture of organisations.
Catherine started professional life as an auditor working across Australia, Canada, the U.S, and New Zealand. She subsequently worked in the film industry and academia. Since then she has taken on various roles in business and government while overseas in Singapore, Poland and the UK before returning to Australia. Currently she works to support other Chartered Accountants in her position at Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. Most recently she established Chartered Accountants ANZ Mentor Exchange programme and has been developing CAANZ’ mental health support networks, connecting CAs with not-for-profit volunteering roles, and undertaking a Masters of Coaching Psychology.
