This diverse experience has given her insights to the inner workings of large, global organisations and to the challenges, complexities and opportunities leaders encounter in these environments. Eva employs a results-oriented, solution-focused and systematic approach to coaching designed to enhance the performance, motivation and behavioural capabilities of individuals. Eva’s coaching style is to encourage individuals to take specific, challenging actions between coaching sessions.Eva is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, an Accredited Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and has a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology
