For almost two decades, Laura Hefer has been a trusted advisor to leaders and their teams, liaising with them in marketing, new business development, account management and leadership coaching capacity.
She helped to grow technology and advisory firms, like Gartner, supporting leaders in some of the largest companies in Australia, Singapore and Europe. She has a proven track record in understanding and delivering what is of highest value to all stakeholders, developing winning strategies and value propositions.
Laura holds a BA in Political Science, an MBA in International Business and a MSc in Coaching Psychology. Laura is accredited as an Associate Credentialed Coach by the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Systemic Team Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching.
She is also co-authoring research papers with Dr. Michael Cavanagh.
In her spare time, Laura also loves taking drama classes and inevitably brings play into her coaching engagements!
