Mark Conoley

Mark has recently returned to Australia after building a successful international career and profile in human resources.

Much of Mark’s professional life has been devoted to developing leaders. His firm belief is that managers hold the key to unleashing the full potential of their employees and that they must be the facilitators of work processes.

He has coached leadership teams and expatriate individuals, mentored participants in both the Young Leaders Programme in Dubai, an initiative of the Ruler of Dubai, and the Value Based Leadership Programme, an initiative of the King of Sweden.

Mark’s business skills have been highly valued by his leadership colleagues. He has led customer satisfaction initiatives, business effectiveness reviews and employee engagement programmes. He is a pragmatic business leader with strong strategic focus. He has demonstrated that he can create the environment for business success with a deep awareness of cross cultural factors and how to achieve results no matter where he was operating.

Mark’s approach to consulting, coaching and mentoring is that of a partnership with his clients. He provides honest and constructive feedback based on listening and observing, bringing his experience of best practices in FMCG, manufacturing and resources sectors.

Since Mark returned to Sydney, he has been busy renovating his home in the inner city and constructing a new garden. He is an enthusiastic cook and is a regular theatre and concert goer.
