Industries include IT, automotive, engineering, airlines, resources, and the public sector.
She has worked directly with CEOs and executive teams, senior managers, highly skilled professionals, employees and unions, and with private coaching and corporate outplacement clients.
Corporate achievements include initiating and managing an extensive organisation and culture change programme that resulted in a doubling of employee satisfaction over 4 years, and coaching the management team of a loss making venture to break-even and successful divestment.
