Mel is a HR and Organisational Development professional by background with over 20 years experience across a broad range of industries, including Retail, Mining Services, FMCG and Financial Services. Having worked across Australia and internationally she specialises in coaching, organisational development, well-being and leadership development programs, change and project management and cross-cultural leadership. With a strong commitment to on going personal and professional development, her formal qualifications include a Master of Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Positive Psychology and Well-being Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching. She also has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management). Mel is also certified in a number of tools and assessments, including LSI and Hogan tools.
