Mike has enjoyed an international 25 year career in the communication industry, via the fields of consumer marketing, advertising, innovation and HR. This has seen him build a reputation as a brand champion – of organisations, consumable brands and people as Ôbrands’.

11 years ago he decided to shift from a customer facing brand focus to putting business and people as brands at the centre of his work.

Since then, he has been working with senior executives and their teams on a diverse range of cultural engineering programmes, all with the desired outcome of elevating levels of self awareness so as to optimise people and organisational potential and thus performance.

Whether via Executive Coaching, workshop facilitation or conference platforms, Mike has helped to facilitate meaningful and lasting change with a wide range of clients across numerous industry sectors.
