Roslyn is a strengths based and transformational coach with 13 years’ experience as an executive, group, team and career coach in the Government, corporate and not for profit sectors. She works with individuals leading small teams through to senior executive staff including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and CIOs. She is also a provider of leadership development, manager as coach and accredited coach training.
Roslyn uses systems thinking, appreciative enquiry, neuroscience and positive psychology principles and intentional change methodology to help clients build insight and perspective, social intelligence, agility, purpose, connectedness, ownership and resilience. Clients say that she blends warmth and challenge in a powerful way and supports them in new ways of thinking and acting. These new neural pathways are founded on a sense of possibility and optimism and an explicit awareness of their own leadership Ôbrand’ and value add. Roslyn helps coaching counterparts to identify what’s really important in their landscape – their values, mindset, strengths, capacity, supporters, preferences, and potential and how to best align these with their agency and client base.
Through robust conversations and reflective practice, she enables others to stand back from their own self talk, assumptions, behaviour patterns and relationships and establish what is help or hindrance. Her vision is to assist others to influence, inspire, innovate, express their full potential and empower, encourage and develop leaders around them.
In her practice, Roslyn draws on a background in theatre, education and people management and decades of experience as a leader and senior manager. She has a particular interest in marketing, media and advertising and works pro bono with young professionals in this and other industry sectors.
