Sandra Sieb is passionate about bringing more awareness, purpose and courage in organisations as a mean to successfully navigate today’s environment. She helps leaders notice more the complexity of their inner and outer contexts to unlock their potential and create agile organisations.
Sandra started her career in management consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York (now Strategy&), working on large strategy, operations and organisation projects in various industries. After moving to Australia in 2005, she completed her Masters of Coaching Psychology at Sydney University. Today, as the co-director of Leadership Partners, she blends her coaching and consulting skills to help leaders increase their strategic and system thinking skills, broaden their emotional competencies, and develop trusting environments in their organisations so that challenging conversations become not only possible but encouraged. She is regarded for her highly analytical, structured and pragmatic mindset as well as her ability to connect and create trust with people at all levels very rapidly.
Sandra is also an Adjunct Faculty for the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) – UNSW Executive Education, specialising in High Performing Teams and a Teaching Assistant for UTS for Managing People and Organisations.
Sandra believes in the importance of supporting younger generations and developing awareness from a young age. She runs ethics classes in her local primary school and is a volunteer coach to The Helmsman Project, a not-for-profit organization that runs an adventure-based coaching programme for teenagers in under-privileged areas.
