Wendy is an Executive and Organisational coach and is passionate about coaching clients through restructure and change including change of role and performance improvement. Wendy has worked for Global Corporates and has firsthand experience of organisational restructure and change management.
Her experience ranges from business development and manufacturing operations roles in national and international markets in the industrial electrical components sector, with a well-developed understanding of the Utilities, Mining, Oil and Gas and Commercial sectors.
Wendy has graduated with a BSc Electrical Engineering, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member International Coach Federation.
