Belinda Rowe, Independent Non-Executive Director

Belinda Rowe

Belinda has great experience across the marketing, communications and the media industry in a number of Global, UK and Australian leadership roles and now returned to Sydney to take up the Non-Executive Director role for the publicly listed business HT&E, a media, entertainment and digital business.

Most recently, she was at Telefonica O2 UK leading Brand and Marketing Communications with a focus on customer transformation. Prior to this, Belinda was one of the top global executives at Zenith and then Publicis Media based in the UK, one of the largest media and communications groups globally with extensive sector experience in telecommunications, technology, tourism, consumer products, finance, and healthcare.

Her leadership in Executive and Non-Executive roles has provided deep insight into a range of effective business models, governance, management styles and cultures working with significant companies such as Telefonica O2, RBS, Oracle Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, L’Oreal, Bacardi, 20th Century Fox, Telstra, Qantas and Sanofi.

Belinda also developed a unique global content business bringing together content, technology, data & digital across 32 markets integrating a number of content marketing acquisitions.

In Australia, she was an executive Director of Mojo and successfully launched and led ZenithOptimedia and Chair of the Communications Council and previously the Advertising Federation of Australia.

She is passionate about professional change by supporting and advocating for the development of women through active participation for Women in Advertising and Communications in the UK and Chief Executive Women in Australia. She was significant contributor to a Future Leaders which provided a bursary each year to over 35 women to invest in their personal development and now mentoring leaders.
