Jenni Dill, VP, Chief Marketing Officer, McDonalds Australia

Jenni is a commercially driven marketing leader with over 25 years’ experience in marketing, innovation and sales in New York, London and Australia in a range of global, regional and local roles for consumer goods powerhouses McDonald’s and PepsiCo. She is passionate about making a difference with great marketing, delivering business growth, developing incredible talent and working in exciting, fast paced dynamic businesses.

Currently the VP, Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald’s Australia, leading marketing, consumer and business insights, menu, merchandising, pricing & digital across the 1000 restaurant business, Jenni is privileged to lead one of Australia’s most loved and recognised brands. She is responsible for leading a lean but focused corporate team working closely with our licensee partners and agency village to deliver work that balances the short and the long term and drives real business results.

Prior to joining McDonald’s, Jenni spent 25 years at PepsiCo in a variety of local, regional and global roles, most recently as Marketing Director for the PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand business where she was responsible for leading marketing, strategy, communications and innovation across PepsiCo’s portfolio of local brands such as Smith’s, Twisties and Sakata and global brands such as Doritos, Pepsi and Gatorade. Jenni was the driving force behind the creation, development and launch of Red Rock Deli, an innovative, indulgent brand, now the #2 snack brand in Australia and available in several countries.

Jenni is a board member of both the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) and Ad Standards, supporting advertising industry self-regulation and raising advertising standards across the industry, a judge of the Effies Awards celebrating effective advertising and a Mentor of The Marketing Academy Scholarship, Australia.

Jenni holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing) from the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course and lives in Sydney.
