Nicole is a highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the media, marketing and digital industries. With an intrinsic understanding of the Australian consumer, Nicole is accountable for delivering seamless experiences across the key customer channels including Australia’s largest retail network, with over 4,300 post offices, the customer contact centre and digital channels. She is also responsible for brand, marketing, community and corporate social responsibility.
Prior to joining Australia Post in August 2018, Nicole held a number of influential leadership roles in print, broadcast and digital media. Most recently, she was the Chief Digital Officer for News Corp Australia, responsible for the company’s digital revenue growth and strategy, audience and subscription growth, content optimisation and marketing. She was instrumental in driving transformation across its digital products and technology platforms in light of changing customer needs.
Before that she was the Chief Executive of NewsLifeMedia, leading the lifestyle publishing division, known for well-loved brands such news.com.au, Taste.com.au, Vogue, Donna Hay and Country Style. Her career also spans roles in broadcast media, publishing and telecommunications.
Nicole is a regular speaker and commentator on business, media and women’s issues, is a Director of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and held the role of Chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Australia Board.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and a Masters of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
