Philip Lynch, Vice President Innovation & Growth – Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific

Phil Lynch is VP Commercial Growth & Innovation for the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Asia Pac region, a role he assumed in Jan 2016. The role leads Integration of the company’s Acquisition portfolio and in addition geographical expansion of an Australian developed internal ideas and collaboration program, ‘Idea’s Big and Small’.

Phil has a 29 year career with Johnson & Johnson that spans Consumer Marketing, Sales and General Management roles in the UAE, Korea, Thailand and Singapore. Phil returned to Australia as the ANZ Managing Director in 2009. Prior roles included Asia Pacific responsibility for the Johnson’s brand portfolio while Singapore based and also for the regional Sales function. Phil holds a Bachelor in Business Marketing from Monash University.

Phil has been a Board member of the Australian Food & Grocery Council (AFGC) and Australian Self Medication Industry (ASMI) bodies and is an Australian Institute Companies Director member.

Phil lives in Sydney with his wife Lorna and three daughters, is an advocate of fitness and well-being, including a 5 year participant in the Tour de Cure cycling event for Cancer cure and prevention.
