Working with a large international aviation brand to help re-engage the organisation from the inside out on a clear vision, mission, purpose and values. The project included a full audit of staff, coupled with a strategy for re-engagement and complete communications plan. The business is well beyond recovery and has rapidly regained its dominant leadership position in the region.

Helping launch a new marketing services brand in the Australian market. This business saw double digit growth for multiple years until the entity was purchased by a global media and entertainment entity. The business countered many industry trends from rate of growth, calibre of partners and accolades domestically and internationally.

Partnering a publically listed travel agency group to ascertain the true value of its assets and working towards the creation of a new multi-touch point master brand. This engagement included creating a new brand from scratch (including naming, design and modelling potential risks and rewards), launching the brand through multiple touch points from staff to suppliers and the broader market.

Reframing one of Asia’s most successful alcohol brands to reclaim a genuine leadership position and driving to double digit growth. The project involved deep consumer immersion in multiple Asian markets at the same time, resulting in a global relaunch and reframing of what the business stood for and how it positioned itself for future growth – including communications, product and distribution strategy.
