Adam Hamilton, Founder of Radiocarbon

Adam is a founder of Radiocarbon, a commercial innovation agency and new ventures lab that works with large organisations to help modernise the way that they innovate. He has over 15 years’ experience working with some of the world’s largest FMCG companies such as Mars, Lion, Kraft-Heinz and Glanbia Performance Nutrition, to drive growth, build brands and businesses, as well as establishing new functions and capabilities. Adam has led dozens of innovation projects, new ventures and capital programs, creating more than $500M in cumulative value along the way. What he used to do from the inside as a corporate innovator, he now helps his clients do, via the agency.

Outside of work, Adam tries to stay healthy and fit (a qualified nutritionist and former start-up founder of a personalised supplements business), and loves fishing, travelling, food & wine. He’s a bit of a fidget and always needs to keep busy so continuously comes up with new ideas (most of which he doesn’t have the time to take forward and they fizzle into nothingness!). Adam is originally from Fremantle, Western Australia, however has called Melbourne, Victoria – where he lives with his partner, Alana – home for 13 years.
