Andrew DaSilva, Senior Manager – EY

Andrew is a Senior Manager at EY and is part of the Customer Performance Improvement team. The work Andrew is involved in ranges across marketing strategy, customer experience, customer analytics, execution and marketing measurement.

Prior to this, Andrew worked in agencies for 10 years across finance, automotive, retail, entertainment and travel categories. Andrew held numerous leadership roles at MediaCom, GroupM and for the Media Federation of Australia and previously led one of MediaCom Australia’s biggest client groups, The Travel Team. In 2018, Andrew set up his passion project which is a company dedicated to professional coaching for junior and mid-level professionals in the marketing industry. It’s his belief that the benefits of executive coaching should not be limited to the executive level, so the aim is to provide the benefits of the discipline for everyone.

Across his career, Andrew has won a number of awards in recognition for leadership including B&T Young Achiever of the Year (2013), B&T 30 Under 30 (2012) and WPP’s High Potential Group and for high performing client work (including Effies, MFA, AC+E, AdNews, B&T and Spikes).
