Brooke Chilcott, Founder & Partner – Delorean Partners

Brooke is an experienced Client Service Leader with 13 years of senior leadership across some of the most interesting agencies in Australia. She is a highly effective and commercially driven CSD with a passion for creating connected experiences between humans and brands in the ever-evolving digital world. She’s a strategic thinker, highly skilled in marketing communications and developing strategies and creative outcomes from the intersection of data, culture, technology and behavioural economics.

She has worked at full service, brand and specialist digital agencies and is passionate about strategically minded client relationships. Brooke has worked with some of the best in the industry, building teams and winning business at agencies like Host/Havas, Naked, Houston, TCO and The Works. She has led brand strategy for the likes of Qantas, Jetstar, Macquarie Bank and Village Roadshow. She delivered digital and social acceleration for brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Optus, Samsung and Woolworths Everyday Rewards.

Most recently Brooke has been a senior leader in two independent agencies as a founder and shareholder. Antidote is a digitally minded creative agency and Delorean is a micro-consultancy, working with businesses looking to dominate their category.
