A creative, commercially minded marketing professional with a double degree and over 15 years experience developing and implementing marketing initiatives, strategies and partnerships. Most recently working with Facebook ANZ to increase advocacy across the media and marketing industry.
In particular Cat drives key industry marketing initiatives —including those centered around thought-leadership in marketing science and consumer insights, manages the strategic relationships with all industry bodies and trade media, identify opportunities with industry events and produce sponsored content including podcasts, video, marketing campaigns, magazines and events.
Previously, Cat has been a marketing consultant to Netflix, Airbnb and World Surf League.
And earlier in her career was the youngest Director at Fairfax, where she was for 8 years, overseeing a team of 120 people and leading the largest sponsorship team in Australia. Success was achieved by understanding complex stakeholder relationships, demonstrating creative problem solving, being brave, flexible and solutions focused. Working with over 100 companies on over 65 individual products annually and integrate them throughout the company synchronizing media, advertising, events, content, operational production flow with various critical paths and marketing campaigns.
