Danni Dimitri, Strategy Director, Havas Media

Danni is currently Strategy Director at Havas Media Group and has over 10 years experience in communications, having held roles across planning, people management & partnerships. Danni’s core passion and most recent focus is communications strategy. She is always searching for simplicity & meaningful connection with people through her work.

Her career began in 2008 and has spanned across multiple categories and breadth of businesses. Prior to Havas, Danni collected a diverse range of skills from varying roles. Her hybrid skill set is a unique blend of client service and strategy. She began her career in PR before making the shift to media buying & planning followed by account management before her role evolved into strategy, with most of her time being spent immersed in FMCG, retail & QSR. The businesses she has worked on include Woolworths, Westfield, Hewlett Packard, McDonalds & Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Danni enjoys working as part of a cross-discipline team to drive commercial growth for businesses.

Danni is filled with natural curiosity and prides herself in inspiring others. She loves getting people excited about what they do. Being honest & real are defining character traits of hers. She believes we are fortunate to work in this unique world of marketing and reminds people (and herself) fairly frequently of two things; to make sure the work is fun & to always look for ways to help, within your career and outside of it. Danni was celebrated as a B&T social changemaker in 2018 and is a mentor to staff across the Havas Village.

When she isn’t working, Danni is on stage with her comedy improv group ‘Shut Up Darryl’, spending time with family & friends or likely eating copious amounts of delicious Greek food.
