Dina Bailey, Agency Partner – Facebook

Dina is a media and sales professional with over 20 years’ experience working across some of the most respected businesses and brands across the UK and Australia, both at agency & within the Tech business.

Dina currently works at Facebook ANZ leading the IPG agency relationship, where her focus is on building strong partnerships with key stakeholders from across the agency business, driving a better understanding of the FB family of apps, along with finding new ways to add value to the agency business.

Previously, Dina has worked at Google as well as global media agencies including OMD, PHD and Carat. Her agency tenure taught her the importance of client service and understanding the businesses she was trying to grow through innovative media and marketing solutions. The technology side augmented that with a deeper understanding and lens of the consumer experience with brands.

Both her agency and tech background has been guided by her passion for making positive change. She does what she does because she gets to spend a lot of time with amazing people in the industry. Learning, mentoring and building strong relationships with them. She is invested in encouraging the next generations of this industry’s talent to be the best they can be. She believes in the power of positive change for the common good, whether it be supporting women in the workplace, building a nurturing and high performing culture or transforming a relationship for the better through the art of persuasion and science of delivery.

Dina’s passions outside of work are her two young boys, Rafi and Zakee, travelling, skiing and the odd glass of red wine.
