Dom is Head of Planning at DDB Sydney, leading the strategic thinking on Westpac, J&J and Unilever.
In 2017 she was DDB Group’s employee of the year. In 2019 she was selected to be part of the DDB Phyllis Program, a high-performance program for future leaders within the global network.
Dom has worked across a broad range of industries including Publishing, Retail, Loyalty, and FMCG. She loves the complexity of financial services and has worked strategically on some of the best financial brands in Australia including PayPal, Westpac, ME Bank, St George, American Express, BT Super and EFTPOS.
Prior to DDB Dom was Head of Planning at Wunderman, establishing a department of four and leading successful pitches on ME Bank, Belong Broadband, Grill’d and Oral B. At Wunderman Dom developed a strategic partnership with the Grindhouse to bring content production in-house, establishing the agencies content and social offering.
She has also held senior roles at Mojo and CX agency Lavender.
Starting out client-side, Dom has worked in a diverse range of roles from crime scene photographer, graphic designer and direct marketer before finding her calling as a strategic planner. A planner that doesn’t believe in silos, she is passionate about creating great work in any channel and working with collaborative integrated teams.
She is a part of the Trenches mentoring program in Sydney and regularly supports young people within the industry teaching at Miami Ad School, ADMA and Comms Council.
