Drew Davis, Portfolio Director – Mars Wrigley

An entrepreneurial and commercially minded marketer, Drew has 14 years’ experience within the FMCG industry, holding roles across sales, marketing and category management in some of the world’s leading blue chip multinationals.

Currently responsible for leading the Bitesize Chocolate portfolio at Mars Wrigley, Drew’s time is dedicated to building talent and teams while fostering new ideas and strategies for some of Australia’s favourite chocolate brands.

Drew started his journey in confectionary in 2015 at Mondelez where he spent 3 years leading teams across the chocolate and candy portfolios following his return to Australia. Prior to this, Drew spent 6 years in the UK where his key highlights were; smashing sales expectations in the launch of the Maggi brand across the UK & Ireland, leading the Food business channel acceleration strategy and winning 3 innovation award.

Starting his FMCG career on the road as a Food Service Account Manager at Fonterra, Drew has proven his adaptability across disciplines and categories, whilst always looking forward for the next challenge. With strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, Drew is a team player who lives by his principles of authenticity, trust and responsibility. As a leader, Drew is known for breaking down barriers, fostering strong cross functional relationships and getting the job done.

When not working on the next big thing in chocolate, Drew spends his down time trying out new restaurants, planning his next travel adventure with his partner Dean and walking his miniature Schnauzer Alfie.
