Lucio is currently a consultant in Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligent. He is also a lecturer in Digital Marketing and A.I. at RMIT and Market Insights at Deakin University in Australia.
Previously, Lucio was Managing Director of Online Circle Digital which he founded over 10 years ago which he sold in an M&A. With a diverse background, Lucio started his professional career in Brazil as a lawyer, later making the move to advertising and marketing. Lucio had a meteoric career in advertising and marketing having worked for Ogilvy, Lowe Group and McCann-Erikson.
When he arrived in Australia, he worked in corporate marketing, but after few years decided to get back to the adland starting his own agency, growing to a 40 people digital agency with National and International Awards. In his career, Lucio has worked with P&G, Unilever, Renault, MasterCard, Mondelez, Parmalat, Kraft Foods, Schweppes, DFO, Purina/Nestle, Cadbury, AGL Energy, Target, Mercedes-Benz and more. He also was a judge international awards like the AME, NY Festival, and Hive Festival.
Lucio is an experienced speaker and keynote presenter, addressing audiences at AdTech, Adma, Unilever’s Media Summit, AMI Future Leaders, Social Data Week, OC Digital Academy and Advertising Week. In 2014 he was elected worldwide top 100 digital marketers by Marketing Today and he is currently Advertising Week Ambassador.
His academic achievements include a Degree in Law, an MBA, a Certificate in Marketing and Management by Sloan MIT, Certification in Introduction to Psychology, Game Theory by Stanford and most recently A.I. applied to business by MIT.
