Paul Everson, Managing Director, JWT

Paul is an entrepreneurial executive and natural leader with over 20 years of experience working in the marketing, communications and technology industry globally. He has had the opportunity to lead highly diverse teams in incessantly shifting environments.

Specialising in marketing and digital transformation across a diverse range of products and categories, Paul has a proven track record for transforming and growing businesses locally and globally.

Paul is currently the Managing Director of J. Walter Thompson and oversees a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, creatives and business executives who come together daily to blend the best of art and science to deliver the most effective work for their clients.

Paul is a curious thinker; he believes creativity and customer-centricity unlock business results. He is passionate about people and has a proud reputation for nurturing and developing high performing talent and teams. He looks for organisations who foster a collaborative working approach to problem solving through ideas.

Prior to running J. Walter Thompson, Paul worked at some of the worlds most awarded and creative agencies working on blue chip clients both locally and overseas.

Paul’s other passions involve chasing after his 3 active sons and the occasional triathlon and marathon he does for ‘fun’.
