Victoria has over 15 years of marketing experience in turning categories around and delivering share increases and profit gains within financial services, FMCG and the entertainment industry. Victoria has lead the development of brands such as KPMG, Paul Newman’s Own, TAB and Golden working on both sides of the Tasman throughout her career.

In her current position she is responsible for the Marketing and Innovation for George Weston Foods in the New Zealand market driving the biggest brand in bakery, Tip Top to hit a record share position.
