Yvette Costi, Global Principal, Marketing & Communications – Unispace

Yvette is a business objectives focused strategist who thrives on exceeding expectation, using creativity, innovation and out of the box thinking to drive sales, business profitability and market reach.

She is currently the Global Principal Marketing & Communications for Unispace – a disruptive international design and construction established start up business based in 25 countries. She has taken the business through a digital transformation and established a brand function to see the business into its next phase of maturity.

She has worked for some of the world’s biggest property developers across her previous three roles as Head of Marketing for Crown Group (AUS), Brand & Marketing Director for Mount Anvil (UK) and Head of Marketing at YOO (Global). Delivering award winning, omnichannel marketing strategies for residential and hotel developments in Asia, Australia, the USA, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe.

During her time working agency side Yvette collaborated with brand such as The Serpentine Gallery, ISSEY MIYAKE, Hermes, Vivienne Westwood, Moet Hennessy, The Victoria & Albert Museum on public relations campaigns across Europe.

At YOO Yvette led her team to conceive and develop the YOO Home brand, which at the time was a new lifestyle and interiors retail offering with a concession in Harrods.

Above all else Yvette is most proud of her leadership journey. The talented people she has had the pleasure of working with and watch grow, are her greatest achievements. She strives to cultivate a team culture that multiplies her peoples’ potential and see them challenge themselves beyond their initial expectations.
