Zoe Hayes, Head of Hardware Marketing, Google

Zoe is the Head of the Google Hardware marketing team. Before this she led the Berlei brand
transformation pivoting the business’ commercial and brand health trajectory back into the
positive. Previous to this she was the Head of marketing for iconic brand Bonds where she rebuilt
Bonds’ damaged brand health after Pacbrands announcement to move manufacturing offshore.

Resultantly Bonds was named Australia’s 12 th most loved brand in the Brands Desire Report
(before Disney, Tim Tams, Toyota or Dove.) She has also been the Head of Marketing for Saba.
Her eighteen years of experience traverses a diverse range of industries and formidable brands
including Disney, Westpac, Meat and livestock Australia, Starlight Foundation, RSPCA, Nokia,
Tourism WA, and Berocca. Working both agency and client side, she holds a diverse strategic
arsenal to readily adapt and positively leverage dynamic environments and challenges.

This experience gives her great ability to elicit the best performance in collaboration with creative
and media agencies, and an industry network that can be readily drawn upon to affect rapid and
powerful change.

She is a strategist, brand builder and change agent. Her leadership is proven to motivate teams
and drive culture focused on being brave, delighting consumers, and creating incredible globally
noteworthy work.

Both national and global effectiveness and creative awards are a testament to the caliber and
commerciality of the work she produces with her teams, agencies and media partners. Highlights
include 6 Effies, 1 Cannes Lion, Global case studies for both Google and FB, Webbys Winner
People’s Choice Award for Best Launch, and Mumbrella Finalist Marketing Team of the Year.
