The Marketing Academy, a highly respected non-profit organization has selected the CMOs and growth leaders who will form the 2022 cohort of their US CMO Fellowship Program. This board level, executive development program, designed exclusively for CMOs, develops the skills to help make the transition to a CEO or broader C Suite roles.
Along with our knowledge partners McKinsey & Company, The Fellowship Program is supported by board level coaching organization Wisdom8 and marketing leadership expert Thomas Barta. The 2022 US Program is sponsored by Edelman & The CMO Club. The curriculum consists of three immersive residential events, with masterclasses covering all elements of Board stewardship including strategy, corporate finance, organisational health, leading transformational change, operational effectiveness and stakeholder influence. Fellows also benefit from mentoring, enabling them to spend one-on-one time with seasoned Board members and are assigned an Executive Coach for the duration of the program.
Acceptance on The Marketing Academy Programs in the USA, UK & Australia is merit based and all programs are delivered free of charge to the selected cohorts.
Brian Gregg, Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company said – We continue to be a proud sponsor and primary knowledge provider for The Marketing Academy program. Through this program we have enabled CMO & Growth leaders to chart out a path to take on broader organizational roles in their careers. Over the years the Program has helped expand leadership skills and management capabilities of senior marketing/growth leaders across leading institutions, and we are excited to engage with the next cohort of leaders again this year. The Program will once again focus on enriching the Fellows with our tested and unique capability-building recipe that brings in; distinctive content from McKinsey & Company, mentorship from industry veterans, and continuous career path coaching. Much like in previous years, we feel confident our Fellows will finish the program with a clear vision for the path they want to chart for themselves and their organization, and be equipped with the foundational skills to deliver against it.
