Abhishek is President – Sales at US$870 million conglomerate – Prism Johnson Limited. He leads the growth mandate for their tiles business. Prior to this, in a career spanning 18 years, he grew across levels and held various leadership roles in Asian Paints Limited – a US$ 4billion coatings giant – where he successfully launched and scaled up many new initiatives and businesses. He has proven track record of successfully handling diverse roles across sales and marketing domains – across multiple categories and business models. He is known to be an authentic and decisive leader with a highly collaborative leadership style. An empathetic leader, he thrives in empowering people and enabling them to unlock their potential to drive results for organization while building long term strengths.
Abhishek holds an engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering from GBPUA&T and MBA from Indian Institute of Management – Lucknow.
