Working closely with the senior leadership team, she ensures that the business remains competitive and deeply attuned to the shifting demands of the market. In addition to this, she plays an instrumental role in advising global brands, including Just Eat, Oatly, TuneCore and more, in helping them innovate with intention and build future-proof solutions that remain firmly rooted in their core mission and values.

A natural problem-solver, Adesuwa’s early career saw her spending extensive time in New York City, supporting world-class brands including Nike and Estée Lauder Companies, working as a thought partner to shape their marketing strategy. Her career as a strategist, has spanned markets across EMEA and North America, where her expertise has become integral to brand evolution and growth. She is renowned for using storytelling as a tool to distil complex insights into compelling narratives, bridging the gap between industry leaders and grassroots communities.

At the heart of her work, lies an unwavering commitment to creating space and centring underrepresented communities in strategic decision-making, demonstrated through her experience as a mentor with Creative Access and The Marketing Academy Foundation. The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
