Aina Fuller is a global marketing leader driving transformation at the intersection of brand, responsibility, and commercial growth.
She is currently an Associate Partner of Strategy & Marketing at Responsible Marketing Advisory (RMA), an independent marketing advisory that’s changing marketing, for good, where she leads global transformation programmes across blue-chip businesses and platforms including Diageo, Meta, TikTok, Unilever, and Ad Net Zero. In three years, she has helped scale RMA from start-up to scale-up, contributing to revenue growth and helping to expand the team from three to over forty people. Her work spans enterprise-wide brand-building methodology, responsible marketing frameworks, and the co-authorship of the Global Media Sustainability Framework, shaping industry standards in partnership with senior marketers, platforms, and regulatory bodies.
Aina is known for leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across both direct and matrix structures, aligning brand strategy with commercial ambition to deliver measurable growth. She regularly convenes senior stakeholders across organisations and markets, translating complexity into clear strategic direction and execution.
Previously, Aina spent over a decade at AB InBev, where she held senior marketing roles including Marketing Director, Beyond Beer Europe. There, she restructured the European portfolio into a total beverage ecosystem, delivering 30% net revenue uplift year-on-year and launching new categories including hard seltzers and ready-to-drink innovations. She has also led award-winning campaigns for Budweiser, Bud Light, Beck’s, and Corona, driving cultural relevance and commercial performance at scale.
A Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership graduate and Bloom UK leadership team member since 2017, Aina is passionate about shaping the future of marketing as a force for growth and positive impact. Outside of work, she can often be found surfing or experimenting in the kitchen as an enthusiastic amateur cook.
