Ainslie Williams, CEO & Co-founder, Qualie and Reel.Reviews

Ainslie is fascinated by the power of real human stories and how these can bring about action. She brings 23 years of diverse experience in consumer insight to inform the design and development of Qualie – a video-based insight platform.

In 2020 she capitalised on the growth in eCommerce and UGC to launch Reel.Reviews, designed for brands to capture and publish authentic UGC to drive acquisition.

As the CEO of both Qualie and Reel.Reviews, she is the driving force of the business. Responsible for balancing the needs of both businesses on the tech team, running complex client insight projects alongside breakthrough beta trials in UGC, managing investors and raising two young boys in the process.

Ainslie is inspired by the leadership principles of the All Blacks where cultural alignment is key (no d*ckheads!). She will not ask her team to do anything she isn’t prepared to do.

Ainslie’s work has been published (Oxford University Press) and her talents recognised by peak industry bodies, Market Research Society Australia, Research Effectiveness Awards, Kellogg’s Global Insight Awards and the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research.
