Alex is a people-first marketing leader with over a decade of experience across the UK, Europe and Australia, specialising in brand, growth and customer experience. Known for his clarity, collaboration and strategic storytelling, Alex excels at transforming complex challenges into insight-led strategies that drive impact.
Since joining WEX, Alex has reshaped the APAC Marketing function into a high-performing, commercially focused and trusted strategic partner. In 2025, he led one of the strongest marketing years on record, delivering millions in lifetime revenue, exceeding acquisition targets by 150%+, improving customer experience with a +6 pts uplift in NPS, and driving a +22% increase in brand awareness through the region’s first integrated campaign. The campaign was recognised internationally as a finalist for Best International Campaign at the B2B Marketing Awards. Previous to WEX, Alex worked in agencies & consulting across brands such as Visa, Bacardi and HSBC.

Beyond his role, Alex is passionate about elevating the wider marketing community. He serves on the advisory board of Little Grey Cells, a leadership collective for senior marketers, and contributes to the fintech ecosystem in Australia through community engagement and thought leadership. Purpose-driven at his core, he believes in marketing’s ability to move industries forward, advocate for customers and inspire meaningful change.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys travel, fitness, live music and exploring Australia’s coastal and regional landscapes.
