Alex Jardine, Senior Brand Marketing Manager EMEA, Subway

Alex is an accomplished marketing leader with over a decade of experience shaping brand and digital strategy across EMEA.

As Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Subway, she leads brand strategy and execution across EMEA, delivering award-winning campaigns and building high-performing teams that drive commercial growth. Her remit spans brand marketing, social, and PR, and she is known for crafting cohesive, insight-led strategies that build brand fame, increase relevance, and unlock growth across markets.

In her previous role as Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Subway UK & Ireland, Alex led the successful launch of the Subway Rewards programme—now recognised as a key driver of customer engagement and business performance.

Alex is a natural and empathetic leader, passionate about mentoring and committed to people development. She chairs Subway’s EMEA Women in Leadership group and was honoured globally with a ‘Champion Recognition Award’ for her dedication to inclusion, education, and empowerment of others.

Before joining Subway, Alex spent several years agency-side, working with clients including O2, Virgin Media and Costa Coffee. A pivotal secondment with Costa took her to Poland weekly to launch a new loyalty programme—an experience that deepened her appreciation for brand-side marketing and contributed to her growth as a well-rounded marketer.

Outside of work, you’ll find Alex hiking the South Downs, swimming off the south coast, or spending quality time with her beloved family and friends.
