Alicia is currently the Division Vice President of Marketing for Nature Made, the leading U.S. brand of Vitamins and Supplements. She is a seasoned marketing leader responsible for developing and executing brand growth strategies that deliver revenue and market share growth. Alicia is passionate about health and wellness, driving purpose driven brands, and leading teams through vision and coaching.
Prior to Nature Made, Alicia was at Nature’s Way as Director of Marketing & Digital. In this role she developed a new brand positioning and purpose, executed a brand and packaging redesign, as well as created a roadmap for digital acceleration. Alicia also worked across many brands during her seven years at General Mills, including Yoplait, Progresso, Totino’s, Cascadian Farm, and Immaculate Baking.
Alicia has an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a B.S. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. She lives near Los Angeles with her husband, three children, and sheepadoodle. In her spare time, she coaches youth soccer and listens to true crime podcasts while walking her dog or hiking in the local mountains.
