Alvin Neo, Chief Customer & Marketing Officer, Fairprice Group

Mr Alvin Neo is the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (CCMO) at FairPrice Group (FPG) and the Managing Director of NTUC Link. He is responsible for driving strategic marketing, digital transformation, brand building, customer engagement, partnership and communications initiatives to achieve business growth; and uplift CX, customer-centricity and loyalty across the group. FPG is a Social Enterprise and Singapore’s leading everything food provider with market leading positions in both groceries and food courts; and Link is the largest loyalty programme in terms of active member base.
Prior to this Alvin spent over 20 years in local and international brand, business and marketing management experience. He was Group CMO at IHH, the world largest listed private hospital operator; Asia Pacific Diabetes Care Franchise Head for J&J Medical and Senior Marketing Director for Global Emerging Markets for J&J Consumer. His earlier roles spanned various business, marketing, BD and strategy roles at Procter & Gamble, Gillette, technology startup Netdecisions and the Boston Consulting Group.

He is also a Board Member of Caritas, one of Singapore’s largest non-profit charitable organisations; and on the Marketing Advisory Board of the National Gallery Singapore.

Alvin holds a bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore (Dean’s list) and completed the General Management Programme at Cambridge University.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
