Amy Read, Executive Manager Customer Marketing, REA Group

Amy is a strategic and creative thinker with 15+ years’ experience working with some of the most forward-thinking businesses in Australia and the UK. She has proven track record of defining, implementing and managing customer-led marketing strategies across B2B and B2C roles.

Amy currently leads the Customer Marketing team at REA Group, where she has been for just over five years. At REA she gets to combine her passion for property, people, and insight-led marketing. She leads a team of high performing marketing, research and events managers to develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy across the group, driving commercial outcomes and customer loyalty.

Prior to REA Group Amy held various roles at GE Capital, where she worked alongside some of Australia’s leading retailers to launch new consumer finance products and build effective acquisition, usage and retention strategies.

Originally from the UK, Amy kicked off her career in the gambling industry (Ladbrokes and International All Sports), where she developed her passion for data-driven marketing.

Outside of work you’ll find Amy hanging out with her two children on play dates at the park, knee-deep in mud at her in-laws’ farm in the Yarra Valley or enjoying the restaurants of Melbourne.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
