Andrea Stairs is VP, Global Regulatory, Trust & Monetization for eBay’s North America marketplace, while also overseeing eBay’s Canadian operations as President of eBay. Canada, Ltd. In this expansive role, Andrea develops and drives buyer traffic to marketplace listings, leads digital marketing and advertising communications, and serves as an advocate for eBay’s sellers and small business owners — elevating eBay among new shoppers across North America while deepening engagement with the eBay Seller community.
Prior to her current role, Andrea was GM of eBay Canada & Latin America where she led overall strategy and operations across more than 40 countries. She sits on a number of boards including Export Development Canada and Canada’s National Ballet School and is also the recipient of the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award, in the Corporate Executive category.
Andrea holds a BA from McGill University, as well as JD and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto. A native of Montreal, Andrea lives in Toronto with her husband, son and daughter.
