Andrew Da Silva, Director in the Customer & Growth Practice – EY

Andrew, or Das as he’s more commonly known, is a Director at EY and helps lead their Customer + Growth Practice and is a TMA Alumni (2017). At EY, he specialises in customer experience, marketing strategy, customer analytics, execution and performance improvement and has a background in advertising, media and communications. Das is passionate about helping businesses get more out of their marketing and customer investment by optimising channel performance and improved reporting.

Prior to EY, Das worked in agencies for 10+ years across finance, automotive, retail, entertainment and travel categories, while holding several leadership roles at MediaCom (including leading the largest client group at the time, The Travel Team), GroupM and for the Media Federation of Australia (ngen Chair and MFA National People Committee). Across his career, Das has won several industry awards including B&T Young Achiever of the Year, B&T 30 Under 30 and WPP’s High Potential Group and for high performing client work (including Effies, MFA, AdNews, B&T and Spikes).

In 2018, Andrew set up his passion project which is a company dedicated to professional coaching for junior and mid-level professionals in the marketing industry based on the belief that the benefits of executive coaching should not be limited to the executive level. Das is a life-long learner and a big believer in contributing positively to society, which he does through his current board director roles and supporting several for-purpose organisations.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
