Andrew Garrihy

Andrew Garrihy is an EMCC-accredited executive coach and a practising Chief Marketing Officer, a rare pairing that sharpens how he coaches. He works with senior marketing leaders during the moments that define careers: transitions, promotions, transformations, and the loneliness that comes with the top job. His clients leave with greater clarity, greater confidence, and greater calm.

Because Andrew still leads marketing at the highest level, he understands the terrain his clients are standing on. That is not about handing them answers. It is about knowing which questions matter, asking the ones others miss, and naming the things that are shaping outcomes but going unsaid. He helps leaders turn muddy water into clear water, so they can see their situation, and themselves, more clearly.

Over the last three years Andrew has coached international marketing leaders across the world. That experience sits on top of more than thirty years leading marketing at Samsung, Huawei, DiDi, and OLX, building brands, entering new markets, and leading teams across multiple continents. He brings all of it into the room, and uses it to ask sharper, more insightful questions that help clients see their challenges differently and find their own way forward.
