Andy has over 40 years’ leadership experience, including a career in the Royal Air Force where he held senior leadership roles, leading in complex, high-stakes environments. He now works as a senior executive coach, supporting business leaders and teams to become exceptional.
He partners with senior leaders to navigate the realities of leadership – the pressure, ambiguity, and responsibility that come with it – helping them to think clearly, act decisively, and lead with greater impact. His coaching creates a space for honest reflection and challenge, enabling clients to step back from the noise, see situations with fresh perspective, and make more deliberate choices about how they lead.
