Andy Morley, CMO

Andy Morley is one of Australia’s leading CMOs, with 20 years experience across Uber, Diageo and Arnott’s.  In his most recent role as CMO for Uber and Uber Eats in Asia Pacific, Andy led teams across the region to build the Uber & Uber Eats brands and customer bases from start-up to scaled market leadership.  During his tenure, Uber Australia pioneered many globally adopted and awarded campaigns, including creation of the highly recognised Uber Eats campaigns “Tonight I’ll Be Eating” and “Get Almost Almost Anything”, both of which have expanded to all the top Uber markets globally.  Andy has been consistently recognised in the top 10 of the CMO50 for his leadership of the most awarded marketing team in APAC, including multiple grand Effies and being named “Brand and Marketing Team of the Year” in Australia, Japan and Greater China.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
