Anita is a passionate and experienced communications professional with a deep understanding of the importance of mental health and wellbeing, employee confidence and team building within the industry. Anita has led teams herself whilst managing performance to C-level at agencies both in Australia and London.
In February 2023, Anita undertook the IECL Level 1 Coaching Certification so she could pursue her passion to help people navigate professional challenges, grow and realise ambitions more effectively.
Currently, she does some coaching internally as required and also has external clients who she has helped find new direction in current roles and successfully pursue new roles and careers with the help of her action-oriented approach.
Anita is energised and inspired by the potential in the marketing and communications industry and keen to make sure we not only retain good talent but make it an environment where new talent can thrive.
