Anouschka was previously Global Head of Marketing at UBS Asset Management, where she led a transformational change agenda, shifting marketing from sales support to become a driver of business growth. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), initially leading marketing globally for RBC Capital Markets’ Fixed Income and Currencies business and driving the firm’s brand activities across Europe, Asia and Australia. In 2013, Anouschka became Global Head of Marketing and Brand for RBC’s Investor and Treasury Services division. She began her career at Citigroup, where she held increasingly senior roles, including serving as Director of Client Strategy for the firm’s Corporate and Investment Bank following several years in Citi’s Global Relationship Bank, based in London and New York, as a relationship manager for institutional clients.
Anouschka serves on the IPA’s Effectiveness Leadership Group and is a freeman of The Worshipful Company of Marketors. She was named to Marketing Week’s Top 100 Most Effective Marketers list in both 2022 and 2023.
Anouschka earned a BSc, with honors, in Economics and Management from the University of London. She is a CFA charterholder, holds a CFA certificate in ESG investing, a PgDip in Marketing, and a certificate in Executive Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
