Ant is the founder of The Customer People a consultancy that exists to help businesses deliver market leading customer outcomes by partnering and growing teams and delivering exceptional data driven customer strategy and execution. Ant is also a Director and CMO for MyPillow Ltd, an e-commerce business operating out of the UK selling quality and affordable Pillows and other sleep accessories. Previously Ant has been Chief Customer Officer for AMP and General Manager of Consumer Marketing and Retail Sales for Vodafone.

He is an accomplished Board Director currently acting as a Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Care NSW and ACT which is a NFP dedicated to helping our older people live their lives and is Chair of the Quality Care and Engagement Committee.

He has developed through years of best practice a reputation as an execution specialist skilled in lbuilding high performance teams and leveraging data, technology, behavioural science, human centred design to drive customer transformation and growth in complex and high-pressure environments.

Ant holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing and hospitality management and is a member and recognised as a Certified Practicing Marketer of the Australian Institute of Marketing. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has a passion for developing people and building high performance teams and is a mentor for both Financial Executive Women (FEW) and The Marketing Academy (TMA) supporting the growth of our next generation of leaders.

He is an ambassador for the Children’s Cancer institute and supports the CEO Dare to Cure event with a mission to cure childhood cancer.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
