Barb is an experienced coach and facilitator working closely with leaders and executive teams for over 10 years across industries that include marketing, sport, arts, health, education and the social purpose sector.
Through Barb’s roles which include CEO of Womansport Queensland; and National Manager of the Telstra Foundation Barb has developed a deep understanding of the importance of great leadership across organisations and the community. Within her executive and team coaching business, Barb works at both the individual and systematic levels of organisations to support leaders as they bring together teams and resources to set and deliver strategy; create positive values-based cultures, build cohesive teams and increase their own personal self-awareness and leadership capabilities to delivery lasting positive impact.
