Bart Quinton-Smith, Director of Digital Marketing & CRM, TUI

Bart is the Director of Digital Marketing & CRM for TUI UK & Ireland. Bart has a breath of experience in the travel industry having joined TUI as a Graduate Trainee, spending two years working for Google in their travel team and re-joining TUI in a senior leadership role in 2018.

In his current role, Bart is responsible for customer acquisition across paid marketing channels, SEO and CRM. He is accountable for delivering over 300m visits and over £3bn in turnover across the TUI, First Choice, Marella Cruises and Crystal Ski brands. Bart is also responsible for Customer Analytics and leads one of TUI’s separate business units based in Stockton-on-Tees.

During Bart’s two years at Google as an Industry Manager, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of Google’s leading travel clients. He built relationships with key partners to develop strategic plans, enabling the businesses to best leverage Google solutions from search to YouTube.

Bart loves to travel and is passionate about the benefits that travel brings to society. After a year of lockdown, he is excited about being able to travel again and being part of the industry as it emerges from such a challenging year. Bart lives in London, is a keen runner and enjoys playing cricket back in his home county of Wiltshire.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
