Bianca Mundy is a marketing executive with extensive experience in brand, digital transformation and media. She is currently the Acting General Manager- Brand, Digital and Design at Coles where she leads a team responsible for brand strategy, integrated marketing communication, digital marketing and creative services for Coles supermarkets, Coles online and Coles Financial and Lifestyle services. Prior to this role, Bianca served as the Head of Marketing- Brand & Content, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing communication & content for Coles. She was instrumental in the development of the Coles Brand platform “Value the Australian Way” and the sustainability platform “Together to Zero,” which resulted in a significant increase in trust and value perception for the brand. Bianca has also delivered digital transformation, implementing agile ways of working to accelerate digital enablement within the teams she has led.
Before joining Coles, Bianca held several leadership positions at GM Holden, including General Manager- Digital and Loyalty, where she was responsible for Holden’s digital ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, she was the Technical Adviser to the Managing Director at GM Holden, where she played a key role in the strategic planning and operational governance of the company.
Bianca holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with her daughter and partner, travelling to new destinations, and long-distance running.
