Bonnie is currently the Chapter Area Lead for Marketing Digital & eCommerce at New Zealand’s largest retail group,
The Warehouse Group. She leads a team of over 100 Marketers, Creative and Digital Specialists across the agile organisation, supporting a portfolio of brands, championing the practice of turning omni-channel customer insights into commercial success.
With a breadth of 20+ years’ experience drawn from previous roles across agency, publisher and client side, Bonnie brings a well-rounded understanding to the full spectrum of activities required to deliver great customer experiences in B2C and B2B environments, services and retail.
Her grounding in digital, start-ups and scale-ups brings with it a fresh perspective to enterprise-wide decision making.
By drawing on her high energy, enthusiasm for problem solving, and curiosity for all aspects of the customer, she helps create programmes of growth that the whole business can take pride in delivering.
Experienced as a Director and Chair, both on Not-For-Profit and scale-up board appointments, Bonnie has gained an invaluable insight into the diverse ways the craft of Marketing can drive real business growth.
With four children at home, life is as fast-paced as it is in the office. When there’s a minute to spare, you’ll find Bonnie down at the local beach or relaxing on her hammock to the tranquil sounds of backyard chaos.
